3"D x 1 1/2"H)Madrone with a pattern of 48 white plastic rods telescoped into brass tubes inlaid at the waist, simulating the "band of lights" reported from UFO sightings. Top has center cabochon of red pearlescent celluloid acetate surrounded by 16 inlays of same pattern as is used around waist decoration. Inside of lid has a rose pattern, see details-1.
