(Size: 1 1/2"D x 5 3/4"H)This perfume atomizer bottle is made of African Blackwood for the body with a top and finial of rare and highly figured Amboyna burl. The cap is a wedge-shaped onion dome There is a pattern of incised crosses cut through to a bloodwood liner in the bands at the base and waist of the piece. A fluted blackwood skirt serves as the transition from the dome to the finial. The body is ornamented with a zigzag pattern of 2 1/2 V's cut with a 0.050" square bit. A removeable perfume atomizer bottle is contained in the base. See detail.
