[PB23] (Size: 1 3/8"D
x 5 3/8"H)
This perfume bottle is made entirely of African Blackwood save
for the top finial which is boxwood. The base is cut with the
1/8" reeding bit in a spiral pattern resembling bamboo. The
base relates to the waistband sharing a pattern of incised cross
designs. A fluted skirt leads from the dome into the finial. The
dome and blackwood finial shaping owes its inspiration to the
minarets of the Taj Mahal. An improved O-ring coupler securely
holds the glass bottle liner in the base, yet allows for easy
removal to fill with fragrance.
