3"H)Box of Mexican Kingwood with a classical dome after the style of Palladio. Base is cut with 1/8" reeding bit to create a stacked bamboo effect. The cutouts in the finial are ivoroid. A 5-mm Mother-of -pearl cabachon mounted in a silver bezel tops the upper dome. See detail.
