Pierced Pagoda Series, No. 8. Bocote with African blackwood and pernambuco. A deep 45 degree cut penetrates the sides to create an open grill effect, as in the Arabian lattice windows called "Meshrebeeyeh." Holes cut in blackwood drum above roof create a windowed effect. Pernambuco onion dome finial, heavily v-fluted An eclectic combination of architectural influences from Japan, Arabia, and Russia. May be used as a pomander for potpourri. See details-2.
